Royal Dental Lab recently organized a memorable trip to Vinh Hy, Ninh Thuan, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful coastal destinations, known for its pristine natural scenery and peaceful fishing village. The trip brought together the leadership team and employees of Royal Dental Lab for a variety of exciting activities, including beach team building, a lively Gala Dinner, swimming, sightseeing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), coral reef snorkeling, and more. Beyond having fun, the journey was an opportunity for everyone to recharge, connect with one another and strengthen the spirit of teamwork.
WHY DID ROYAL DENTAL LAB ORGANIZE TEAM BUILDING 2026?
At Royal Dental Lab, we strive to create not only a professional, supportive and friendly workplace, but also opportunities for employees to relax, connect and enjoy meaningful experiences together. We believe that when employees have the opportunity to step away from work pressure and take care of their mental well-being, they can recharge their energy, build stronger connections and contribute to sustainable growth. Alongside our regular internal activities, Team Building 2026 was a special opportunity to show our appreciation to every member of Royal Dental Lab. It allowed everyone to temporarily put work aside, immerse themselves in nature and enjoy quality time together by the sea.
THE JOURNEY TO VINH HY
Crossing majestic mountains and traveling along beautiful coastal roads, we arrived at Vinh Hy fishing village, where the peaceful lifestyle of the local coastal community blends naturally with the vast beauty of the sea. After months of dedication and hard work, every member of Royal Dental Lab had the opportunity to leave behind the daily routine and embark on a journey with one simple message:
“Recharge your energy – Get ready to break through.”
More than just a vacation, Team Building 2026 was designed to create genuine connections among team members. It gave everyone the chance to listen, share and support one another in an environment far removed from the usual workplace.
Surrounded by the blue sea, white sand and spectacular landscapes of Vinh Hy, professional boundaries seemed to disappear. In their place were laughter, handshakes, shared experiences and a collective determination to move forward.
TEAM SPIRIT – OVERCOMING CHALLENGES TOGETHER
One of the highlights of the trip was the team building competition at Bai Coc Beach in Vinh Hy. Each activity was designed around meaningful messages and required communication, coordination, creative thinking and a strong sense of teamwork. The games were more than just a competition. They created opportunities for team members to understand each other better, build trust and challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones. Every challenge reminded us of an important lesson: great results are rarely achieved alone. They come from people who know how to communicate, support one another and work toward the same goal.
GALA DINNER – AN EVENING OF APPRECIATION AND EMOTION
If Team Building was the moment when everyone unleashed their energy, Gala Dinner was an evening filled with gratitude, emotion and connection. In a warm and joyful atmosphere, team members looked back on the journey they had shared, exchanged memorable stories and expressed sincere appreciation for one another. The Gala Dinner came alive with performances, fun activities, laughter and an awards ceremony celebrating the outstanding teams. Every moment reflected the spirit of a team that knows how to support one another, celebrate achievements and spread positive energy. More than an evening of entertainment, the Gala Dinner was also an opportunity to recognize the efforts of individuals and departments while celebrating the pride of being part of the Royal Dental Lab family.
THE JOURNEY ENDS – A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS
Three energetic days in Vinh Hy came to an end with smiles, warm embraces and countless unforgettable memories. What remains after the journey is not simply a collection of beautiful photographs or exciting games. More importantly, it is renewed energy, stronger connections and greater confidence in the power of teamwork. With that spirit, the Royal Dental Lab family returns to work ready to continue growing, innovating and pursuing bigger goals with dedication, creativity and a constant desire to move forward.
