FULL-ARCH ZIRCONIA RESTORATION ON A TITANIUM I-BAR FRAMEWORK

Full-Arch Implant Restoration — Titanium Framework Combined with Monolithic Zirconia on an I-Bar
This is a full-arch implant restorative solution combining a precision-milled titanium framework with monolithic zirconia teeth, designed and milled using digital technology. The artificial gingiva is recreated with layered ceramic—delivering outstanding colour stability and long-term aesthetics.
Key Technical Highlights
Ceramic gingiva — uncompromising long-term aesthetics
Composite gingiva remains a widely used and well-established choice in full-arch restorations. However, for patients seeking the highest level of long-term aesthetic stability, ceramic gingiva offers a clear advantage: it is built entirely from layered ceramic, applied directly onto the monolithic zirconia teeth—virtually eliminating the gradual staining and colour change that can affect composite materials over many years of use. The result is a natural, fresh appearance that endures over time.

Clinical Note — In Case of Chipping or Fracture
For titanium I-Bar restorations, in the event of chipping or fracture, the clinician needs to return the restoration to the laboratory, where the entire zirconia superstructure must be remade.

By contrast, with I-Bar restorations on a SuperZirco base, localised chipping or fracture does not require remaking the entire restoration. The technician simply refines the surface and applies direct ceramic layering at the affected area—significantly reducing cost and turnaround time for the patient.
